Street Dedication Policy

The Board of Supervisors will not consider or act upon any requests for the acceptance of dedication of streets as part of Warwick Township’s public road system during the period beginning on October 15 of any year and ending on March 30 of the following year. This Policy shall not be construed to require the Township to accept dedication of any street at any time. The acceptance of dedication of a street by the Township is discretionary.
